Ordered flowers for my daughter 2 days in advance! It's 5 pm and still no order received! I called customer service and they can't answer any questions on where or why order not delivered yet! Terrible! I'll never use this damn place again!

I ordered an Easter wreath 2 weeks before Easter. I just received it today! It looks nothing like the picture they advertised, it's very small and cheap looking, like a dollar store item! Don't trust these people, they will probably take your money like they took mine! I'm furious! I only gave 1 star bcuz I had to.

I ordered a necklace fur my daughter on 3/10/21, today is 3/22/21 and I have YET to hear where it's at! No communication at all from these people! They got one star because I HAD to give them something to submit my complaint. Too bad there's no ZERO star rating!

I went to Sears.com to buy a set of tools and a few other things. I should've known not to order from them, I just had a bad feeling. The toolset I ordered apparently came from some dumb company from who knows where called "bestselling". I waited THREE weeks and nothing ever came, I called Sears and they had no clue why I was calling them because on their website, my delivery had gone to somewhere in ILLINOIS!, according to them, it was left on my porch but I live in California! The lady I spoke to barely spoke any English and was twisting everything I said around like she didn't hear me. I was livid! Then I start getting theses emails from Bestselling saying the merchandise was out of stock but never even bothered to tell me! I'm guessing the person who was writing them couldn't speak English either because the writing was awful! I will never deal with Sears again! This was terrible service.
