We received a queen over queen bunk bed with multiple pieces broken!
That was about a month ago. We were told I would not come back and pick it up that we would have to dispose of broken pieces ourselves and we still haven't received the replacement items. Not only did we have to bring the entire bed upstairs only to find his is broken we then had to box it back up and bring it back downstairs to the garage which we were told is where they pick it up.
