You only have 2 hours to cancel. I was literally 5 mins past and nobody answers their phone and online chat isn't always available. Now I'm stuck with 2 mattresses ordered in error because of fine print. No refunds... stick with Amazon u can't go wrong on service or price!

Tip for consumers:
Read the fine print!!! Very misleading. Customer service is hard to get in touch with and not very acconodating.
