They send you an email to call them. You can leave messages and they don't return the call. When I finally waited an hour on hold, they informed me that no one in their network could deliver the flowers. They could have someone out of network but they would have to charge me more. Not only did they not deliver when they were supposed to, they wanted me to spend more money for their horrible service. Stay away from this company!
