21 Aug 2020 - I ordered parts, paid through PayPal, thank goodness.
2 Sep 2020 - No shipping details, no parts, I did an inquiry through PayPal and they agreed to expedite a refund.
3 Sep No refund
4 Sep No refund. Contacted them again through PayPal, and they said have patience they were expediting the refund. Started a claim through PayPal. PayPal contacts them and states it my take as long as 19 Sep to resolve the issue.
5 Sep No refund, contacted them via email and again they said have patience they were expediting.
6 Sep No refund, contacted them via email and again they said have patience they were expediting.
7 Sep No refund, contacted them via email and no response as of the time I sent this in.
I know in the end PayPal will refund the money eventually but there was no reason fro euro parts to not process the refund immediately.
Other information a seller on Amazon.com also had a problem with filling an order in this same time period. The seller contacted me and refunded the money without me having to even ask.
I ordered the same clutch kit through Rock Auto on 3 Sep and it arrived on 5 Sep no problems.
Sellers like this do a disservice for all on-line businesses because it makes people only want to do business with the big on-line store fronts like Amazon.com.
