2/27/2021 We decide to have breakfast in one of my favorite places! What a mistake! I had one of there drinks to start our anniversary celebration. Pomegranate tequila, nice and delicious. I decided to pour the last sip in a plastic cup with ice, then poured water. All of the sudden, the manager came to our table and explained that he can not let me take out the drink, we agreed no problem. We had finished our food and were leaving. My partner was paying and I walked out to the truck, this manager decided to chase me down yelling were is the cup, I said what cup? I was so surprised he was rude, condescending and disrespectful. He was100% sure and he falsely accused me of taking the drink, when he realizes that I did not have anything in my hands as I showed him he was still yelling that he needed to protect his license. I told him follow me inside so I can show you where I left the drink, and there it was on the table. Then he continue to be disrespectful in saying is my license I am protecting and I told him that he needed to apologize which after a good 3 minutes he did not! I just left so angry and feeling so bad for no reason. Arrogate, disrespectful, unprofessional Manager. He should not REPRESENT this company. Needs a master Class in Customer Service. I will be calling Corporate On Monday to file a formal complaint on this horrendous arrogant Manager. Made me feel so embarrassed in front of all those people. If they do not address the problem with this manager and his poor behavior I will blast this story in detail all over social media and the local news! It is not taken lightly all we have been through with everything going on, so this man can hurt the company's name in vein. Will keep y'all posted!
