Ordered Dec 1st for christmas. Contacted Customer Service December 27. They said due to busy time of year it won't be delivered till Jan 3. Contacted them again January 3 and now I am a priority with their shipper. It will be delivered January 13th. Asked for refund twice. They won't do it. Of course there is no phone number to contact them. I have filed fraud charges with my bank at this point and they are reversing the charges. Never again
