After my review on this company yesterday; I received a polite email to say my goods are out of stock and that there would be an investigation why an alternative wasn't made. I have since received a full refund to my PayPal account. Due to the fact they did respond eventually and they have refunded my account completed, and this is the first time I have tried them out. I have gave them one extra star now. It's up to you lot if you want to try them out after all this was my first try.

Excellent price. Received my code within a few minutes. It works and now I can use any SIM in my phone.


Great products. Speedy delivery. It has boxes you can tick for specialized products (eg. Dairy free, alcohol free etc) then all of these chocolates come up that match your search. If you login when purchasing; you get chocolate points that you can redeem on free chocolate.


It allows you to sign petitions and submit news stories. In return you then gain butterfly rewards which can be spent on projects to help the needy, and it buys things you otherwise wouldn't be able to afford (eg. A well etc). At first, I had trouble accessing the site but for some monthes now this seems to have been fixed after a tweet I sent to the Care2 team.

Fast delivery came within 2 days of purchase. Excellent prices. Great offers. The only thing negative is the delivery fee of just over £5.

I purchased some cat food and kitten biscuits on the 27th October and I should have received them within 7-working days this would have been on 5th November (now just under another week ago). However, I still have not received my items. I contacted them on 8th November (Friday) and I got an automatic response at 15:54pm saying 'we will endeavour to get back to you in 24hours' This should have been Saturday at 15:54pm however I have not heard from them still and my goods have not been received. This is my first purchase from this company and I am truly disappointed with them.


I purchased some cat foods in April and had a confirmation email. My cat foods never arrived even monthes later and so started informing the company for my emails to just be ignored. I then tweeted them and this was also ignored. Eventually they gave me a refund through PayPal, only after I'd contacted PayPal and I got just over a £1 fee for this as I didn't originally pay through PayPal (requiring sign-in) but rather chose the debit/credit card option on the PayPal website (not requiring sign-in) and so they thought I'd sold an item. This pet company then appeared to leave Twitter and their website closed due to maintenance which I saw running again yesterday. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.
