Ast August 2014, our Suburban was towed from my son's apartment, within 7 mins of being parked & taking a load upstairs, while helping him move in, the tow truck damaged our new vehicle and will not respond to the claim filed & sent to NICK MASSEY. My husband even went to office in Fort Worth to review the pictures taken by the towing driver before being towed by Excalibur Towing that clearly shows they damaged our vehicle. We have gone through the proper channels in order to get this taken care of. My husband & I have both called the phone number listed *******600 and have been told that there is no way to talk to NICK MASSEY that we can only email him. We have left numerous messages and sent numerous emails... AGAIN NO RESPONSE TO EITHER. This company has a "F" rating with the BBB and many complaints filed against them. All we want is for this company to pay for their damages so we don't have to file on our USAA insurance. NOT OUR FAULT - EXCALIBUR TOWING'S FAULT! Totally frustrated and Nick Massey should lose his Towing License. Obviously Nick Massey has no integrity and neither does any of his employees that I have spoken to as well as the tow driver that damaged our vehicle.

I placed an order on Feb 22nd and still have not received my order... I cancelled it & requested refund & still haven't received my money credited back on my credit card.
