I ordered an item and made a request that it be in one of the two colors available. I was told they can't take requests, ok fine. She then said that if the wrong color arrived, then they would be more than happy to work on an exchange with me. Well, surprise surprise the wrong color came so I called immediately as this is a birthday present for my son and was told I could exchange the product at my own expense, but there still wouldn't be any guarantee that I would get the right one on a second attempt. I emailed guest services directly and explained the situation and why it was so important that I receive the right one. I was told to exchange it or buy it in a store to get the right one. Geez, you don't think I tried that?! It's not in the stores. She then emailed me back telling me how simple it is to exchange/return items... nothing more. Disney claims to go above and beyond but this corporation is a joke.
