Twice now I have ordered from Shutterfly and twice now I have paid extra to have delivered within a certain time frame that they specify with their delivery charges and twice now they have been past their delivery statement holiday or not! And they don't even get the shipping label till the time the delivery is due at me house so they can't say it's the delivery service. Too many other places to get things done that this company offers and those other companies deliver when expected. Never again! Gave them a second shot and failed, again.

Emal gift card shipped 12/13 stating arrive 3-5 business days. Now 12/22 no card customer service says 7-10 business days and then says 4-6 weeks! Why in shipping email states 3-5?
