Scam site. They Make it impossible to cancel as they will keep charging g your account the they say no refunds. Please don't use this site. Your family member deserves better

Thank you for sharing your concerns and I am so sorry to hear that you were unaware of the auto renewal policy with your premium account. The auto renew feature is indicated on our enrollment page when you first upgraded, and it's also featured in our Terms of Use, which you did agree to at the time of enrollment on Care.com. We do want members to be aware of the recurring charges when they sign up. Additionally, given we cannot know for certain which stage of the search/hiring process each customer is in, we put the control in their hands to inform us when they have fulfilled their premium needs. I hope this information was helpful and again I am sorry to hear about your frustrations. You will never be Amazon,, EVER
I'm going to just start calling you Sears or Kodak or Smith Carona.
1) ordered tv from Walmart.com
Took days to hear I will get it in a week
2) got email saying " must be home for signature for Delivery on 12/28 1-5
I waited 12/29 too giving you benefit of the doubt.
3) never arrived. No communication
4) I called delivery service EFW
5) Elizabeth laughed and said
" oh those are automated emails they don't mean anything"
6) I asked to speak to a supervisor, she put me on hold for 10 minutes
7) I called back and spoke to " Jessica"
The supervisor - she answered in a voice like she just crawled out of bed, " helllllooo?"
8) I said, " is this E FW? Her reply " yes" I respond, oh it doesn't seem like a professional way to answer a call, she responds. I didn't expect a customer to be on the phone
9) I explain to her I just wasted 2 days of my life waiting for this delivery.
She said, I will get them to deliver it another time -
10) what? That is your response after me and my son waited for 2 days in the house over the holidays for a delivery that was promised for a 4 hour time frame in 12/28.
They just called to say TV was smashed and I will have to reorder

I just feel the need to be appropriately fair. I eventually received the dress - weeks too late for my event. However,,, the dress was as stated. Beautiful
And I can wear it to another event- so in the big picture ( I just went thru a hurricane) I can deal with not getting the dress on time. I have used this site again and again since my bad review and had all good experiences. I guess when you run a business depending on other people to get it "right" - things will go wrong. I'm happy with my purchase.

But be like Amazon and get rid of scammer or idiot sellers. This girl I bought dress from shipped my dress to another buyer and a bra to me.

She doesn't have a brain so get rid of her. The dress was for 2 weeks ago still waiting. I have not shipped bra yet because of Irma. But seriously why has this become my problem.

Kick her to the curb. I guess Amazon and eBay are for smart people

Had a hotel room at westgate resort in Orlando. I emailed them could not get fuel to escape. They still charged me $230
I called back a minute after I cancelled and my room was booked. They still charged me $230 with 24 hrs notice. Horrible. Taking advantage of people during Irma
