THEY LIE ABOUT PRODUCTION TIME, THEY LIE ABOUT A PRODUCT EVEN SHIPPING AND THEY LIE ABOUT HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO GET AN ORDER. THEY SHIP USING DHL SO BUYER BEWARE

I HAVE A SINKING FEELING I WILL HAVE TO REPLACE MY CREDIT CARD AND FILE A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK OVER WHAT IS QUICKLY BEING REVEALED TO BE A HUGE MISTAKE!!

My card has been charged, i would like to see this sent in a reasonable time frame. Fragrancenet waited 8 days, wouldn't respond to my attempts to contact and never shipped my order so I'm having to fight to get my money back and I just want to be sure nothing similar will happen here.

They will charge your card the instant you order but a week later it still won't be on it's way and their site doesn't tell you it's based in CHINA, well it didn't until i pointed out that that was a shady business practice.

This is how their customer service works: lies and excuses.

My order is STILL not in transit, they printed a label nothing more. But they refuse to cancel the order citing that it has already departed which iit clearly hasn't

Sorry Lindsey but we can't process a refund since its out from our warehouse already. We will issue the full refund though once you return the item back to us. I hope you can understand and this may frustrates you but we can't cancel it anymore.

I was truly impressed with the very nice facility and the caring, professional staff with friendly attitude and genuine smiles. Not only do they have appointments available on short notice, but they also accept Tricare. Being located in Jesup, they are just a short drive from Hinesville and Fort Stewart.

I just wish they paid out more often, they only pay out once every 3 months, but they give more cash back at more places than similar shopping sites and customer service is usually very prompt.

This is their policy that's attached to customer service response emails. And below that is part of my conversation with them.
They can't even abide by their own policies.

**Please note that our website and processing system has recently changed. To better service our customers, orders will now be processing and shipping out a lot quicker. In order to achieve this, all customers will now have (1) hour to make any type of update or modification to their orders; that includes changing shipping address or canceling the order via phone. *Account holders now also have the option to cancel orders on their own within (30) minutes via website, by signing into their account and clicking on Order History then specific order number.

IT TOOK OVER a week to ship MY ORDER!!!
I paid MORE FOR SHIPPING THAN FOR THE BOOKS and i know it's a scam because FLAT RATE SHIPPING WOULD BE FASTER AND CHEAPER,AND THIS SELLER SHIPPED IT MEDIA MAIL WHICH I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE IS EVEN CHEAPER THAN FLAT RATE PRIORITY!

I WILL BE REPORTING SELLER FOR FRAUD
AND FILING A DISPUTE WITH MY BANK REGARDING THE GROSSLY INFLATED SHIPPING FEES AND THE GROSS FAILURE TO SHIP IN A TIME FRAME THAT WOULD JUSTIFY SUCH A HIGH COST!!!

Furthermore an offer was not honored, I even CALLED TO CONFIRM THAT MY ORDER WAS BOGO ELIGIBLE AND WOULD BE FILLED AS SUCH. MANY CALLS AND EMAILS AND DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A SINGLE ITEM. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REQUESTED TO BE TRANSFERRED TO A SUPERVISOR, WAS TOLD NO PROBLEM AND THEN WAS HUNG UP ON.

THEY HELD MY ORDER FOR NO REASON. I HAD AN ORDER CONFIRMATION AND MY CARD WAS IMMEDIATELY CHARGED!!

HERES A SAMPLE OF WHAT TO EXPECT :

they also charged me for tax tag and title then sent me the paperwork 10 days later for me TO DO IT MYSELF. They offered a partial refund for those fees, but it doesn't even come close to what it actually cost me on top of the time travel and inconvenience.

Since no documents were processed and i had to do all the work and there was no loan i feel that the document processing fee is extremely exorbitant. I only agreed to it with the verbal statement from your rep that tax tag and title would all be handled . I should have read it closer otherwise i would never have agreed to pay $399 for a service that I know wasn't performed and that wouldn't cost that much in a cash transaction!!! if I was financed it would make sense. In my case I feel like its taking advantage

There was literally nothing processed on my behalf so i feel that I was terribly misled about that fee and what it was supposedly for.

$399 to process a cash/credit card payment is beyond ridiculous. and the previous owner brought the title in and you never transferred it to the dealership which is normal but that means even less work for you and further proves that short of processing a credit card transaction which is far from worth $399, no "processing" actually occurred. Therefore I agreed to the fees but you agreed to a service that simply wasn't provided

THEY HAD THE TITLE IN HOUSE AND HAD NO DOCUMENTS WHATSOEVER TO PROCESS YET THEY REFUSED EVEN A PARTIAL REFUND OF THIS FEE. LAST TIME I CHECKED, CHARGING FOR A SERVICE NOT PROVIDED IS ILLEGAL!!

It's great that they show other vendors and prices for items that they don't have in stock! When you do ship to home from the site shipping is prompt and tracking is accurate!

Even worse, they sell ALL of your personal information, everything you provide when applying for a home loan to ANY ONE who wants to buy it. Your junk mail at your new address will go through the roof, most of it being scam mail produced by the sale of your private information. Last time I checked this was SUPPOSED to be illegal. Furthermore, they do accept VA loans but then sell your information to companies not authorized to use the VA information for advertising purposes. It's like a chain of deceit, violations of privacy, and gross negligence with personal information. I am shocked that they have not been sued whether by an individual or in a class action!!

Sizes are misleading shipping fees are ridiculously high and you might get your order in a month at best. Good luck with it being complete or correct

Two day flash shipping is an absolute JOKE. two days to MAYBE be en route. And getting a refund in a timely manner especially when it's their screw up is like pulling teeth !!

But I did find something I liked, it took well over a week to even ship an item weighing less than 2 ounces and was charged $8.95 and cannot get an answer about why there's been such a ridiculous delay. I am STILL waiting for my item to arrive, and all they've done is print a shipping label, I can't even get an estimate for when it will actually arrive.
