Never purchase flooring through Lowe's.

Here's a summary of the highlights of our experience with Lowe's.

We began remodeling in December 2018 and proceeded to purchase flooring and carpet from lowe's around February 2019. Their flooring contractor, Keller, was assigned to do our floors. They were supposed to deliver our flooring to our house then come out the next day or so to install- they didn't. We had to go to the store to pick up our flooring as they were unable to deliver as promised. We were then given the wrong flooring. The morning the installation people arrived we had to hurry around and contact the store for them to locate our flooring and make arrangements to have it delivered so the installers could install it. While the installers were at our house they help them selves to our food, digging their dirty hands in our M&M container.

The carpet people were supposed to come out the next day or so. An installer arrived in the morning and advised us that the installation couldn't be done in one day as promised, and then he "allegedly" left to get the carpet, then never returned. No one from Keller contacted us to advise of the status of the installation. We finally made contact with Lowe's in the afternoon and were advised that another crew would be at our house in the afternoon to begin installation. After the two days of installation, we were left with a poor installation, nicks and scrapes on all of our walls up to 6ft high, scratches in all of our woodwork, destroyed mini blind, and a broken sliding mirror closet door.

-we paid for them to reinstall our toilet after flooring installation- they wouldn't and said they couldn't do it
-once we complained, they said they'd give us a mere 10% discount but they'd take all of our warranty away
-Keller's manager said he would pay for a new mini blind that they destroyed- his installer lied multiple times about having bought one, we have yet to be paid and we even bought a new one ourselves

It's now the end of August and we are still dealing with issues and problems with the installation of the carpet and linoleum, and Keller and Lowe's are being less than timely, and responsive in correcting their issues and mistakes.

WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM.
