Wrote Keepsake an email regarding a kit I purchased. One of the main fabrics was missing from the kit. After waiting TWO WEEKS for a reply, I called their customer service. All the woman had to say was "all sales are final" and "I think we may have the fabric. Let me call you back with a price". A PRICE?! I already paid for it!!
I will NEVER order from Keepsake again. And I will be sure to tell my friends and family about this unacceptable customer service incident.
There are way too many quilt shops now Keepsake. Good luck.
