Ordered Christmas gift for my daughter that never arrived. Could not get ahold of anyone at company beforehand to figure out where item was. Now days after Christmas still unable to get answers to where my item is. Can not get person on phone, email, or live chat when needed as website suggests. Buyer beware. No product worth this frustration.
