I will never recommend infinity not budget insurance to anyone. They have no customer service skills be and are very unprofessional. I requested a break down of how they calculated refund only to be told they don't have to supply this. My my. I will tell ten people and they will tell ten people and will also tell fl insurance commissioner everything that happened. Maybe they can add up what stinks here.
