Duvet cover I received is not anything like picture. The pattern is different from the picture and the picture has no borders while the item does. The design is not centered on the duvet. The item received introduces colors not pictured, i. E. oranges and light greens. And the cover is too small t properly drape over sides. I didn't see that the site disclosed it was in China and I had to pay $38 duty on a $65 item that wasn't what I wanted anyway.

Ordered a microwave online, site said would be able to pick up in a couple of days. Get an email, says not in stock will take something like 3-4 weeks to come in. I cancel the order then they tell me the refund will take 5-7 business days... wtf? They charged my card before the item was even ready for delivery AND DIDN'T EVEN HAVE IT STOCK? Charged my card for an item they didn't have and wouldn't have for weeks? You think that's an acceptable practice? Let me see how many review sites I can post this info to... shame on CAS

I could not get them to order replacement parts for my a/c after 2 phone calls an email they ignored and 3 more emails with devi. Parma.

I had model #, not enough, need serial #, called with serial number, guy on phone said my model # didn't exist, Sent email with both #s, 2+ weeks later, no reply. Then had series of emails with devi. Parma, she would not send me the parts without a receipt, I have no receipt at this point. I pleaded for her to pleas put me thru to someone who could just sell me what I need. No go. Searched net for alternate supplier and Appliance Factory Parts was kind enough to send me what I needed, no questions asked, no trouble.

Shein says they don't know anything about it. Do they or don't they? It got confirmed as a Shein order, but Shein couldn't find any trace of it.

Offer many brand name shoes, ordered 2 pairs. Took forever to deliver. Received 2 pairs of plastic sneakers from China. Don't respond to emails... big surprise
