My first experience with 3tailer was all it took. I will never do business with them! After receiving no response about an item I hoped to purchase, I called them. I was told the item price had been listed incorrectly and they "didn't know how that happened." 3tailer not only wouldn't sell me the item at the price they had it marked, but they also never even offered me a discount. I understand that mistakes happen, but any good, reputable business would have done something to make a customer feel a little bit valued. As it turned out, their cost was not the lowest I found anywhere, it was the the highest! I would give 3tailer a ZERO STAR rating if I could. False advertising, terrible customer service, zero stars!

Easy site to navigate, found exactly what I was looking for, and the order was delivered before I knew it. We haven't had a chance to assemble our product yet, but I anticipate no problems. I look forward to doing business with Northline Express in the future!
