When I ordered from them, I didn't realize they were located in China! Still it doesn't make sense that they would sell to the USA if they can't make shipping efficient! I kept asking them, after about three weeks, where my package was, and they kept sending me a reference number that couldn't track the order once it left China. I got shoes for my wedding and after over a month I couldn't wait any longer. I asked them to refund me, but they kept telling me to wait. I filed a complaint with my credit card and got my money back. Not sure what happened to my package, but I will not buy from them ever again! Spend a few extra dollars and buy from domestic companies! Don't trust them!
