I ordered 2 products the beginning of Oct. They charged my account immediately but never sent merchandise. They sent a fraudulent tracking number and when I contacted them they told me they would reshipped and send another tracking number. That was Nov 4. No merchandise no tracking # ever came. After contacting them several times nothing. I have contacted my bank an they are investigating this problem.
