It looks like you signed up with us after a purchase you made on the Kohl's site. You were offered a 7-day free trial and $10 cash back on that purchase. Stated on the page you signed up on are the details of the 7-day free trial and the monthly membership fee thereafter. Directly above where credit card information, it states that if you do not cancel your subscription within the trial period, you will be subject to the $12.97 monthly cost of our program. These details are also explained in our terms of use, which must be agreed to before completing the sign up process, and in the terms within the welcome email each new user receives after signing up.
