I have been a customer since they first came out with Fix-It. That product has been the best thing I have ever used to keep my computers running smoothly. I have recommended it many times. Recently I have purchased the family tree software and it works great. I am extremely pleased.
Yes, they need to work on their customer service and technical support. Not that I have used those things very often. The sale doesn't stop with the purchase. I also don't like that their billing is 3rd party. Those kinds of things really turn off buyers. The reason I have stayed is that Fix-It has saved my computers more than once. It is a priceless program.
