You need to do the work as well and be sure you have a resume and cover letter that will catch the attention of the employer, just like if you were applying anywhere. This site is worth it since so many companies are hiring employees that work from home or want flexible schedules. FlexJobs also weeds out the sketchy posts that seems too good to be true.
