They try to be the best, to be successful. To be the best they can be. Unfortunately the company is plagued with unorganization, miscommunication and a pocketful of discrepancies within and without the company, employees and employers. I will leave it at that. And there are no incentives for workers, no rewards for employees who work hard and fulfill empty voids in their client's lifes. But they do get something extra special for Christmas.
