I would have given a 5 star except for your sales. You leave out 2000 to 4999 tier, you should offer $200 off for tat in these sales and I would have purchased a bag that was listed as $2790, the fendigraphy multi color one. But I don't like it that there is no discount or sale items for that category.

Been eyeing this beauty for several months but couldn’t pull the trigger on price. And woohoo! FASHIONPHILE had it for over 40% off. When FASHIONPHILE says excellent condition- you can bet it is! I’ve bought many items from them all in pristine condition. I only buy excellent or new.
I called to return the foaming cleanser that feels filmy and does not cleanly wash off. Took literally 6 repeats to get my email right to look up the account. Prior to that my name, address or order number didn't work for the lookup. I took it up further and received a form letter back. There are too many brands out there to put up with this horrible service. I will return the entire package, not just the wash. And use something else. The product is not that great to put up with this lousy treatment.
