On July 11,2021 ordered a Simpson MegaShot MS 3125-S Power Washer. Shipment was quick and it was received with damaged shipping materials on July 14,2021. I took pictures of the damaged packaging, damaged parts and contacted Power Washers Direct on July 16. Customer service email states they will get back to me in 1-2 days. Did not happen. The only way I can get someone to answer the phone is call for Sales and explain the story. I have spoken to two humans by telephone in a month, and one person via chat. One asked for pictures and label, and later asked for engine number. The second individual told me the engine number was wrong... provide ALL pictures again along with the picture of the engine number. Stayed on the phone with him until he said he had the email and all the pictures he needed. Last week, I received two packages... neither were replacements for the damaged parts. Something completely different. I have written to the headquarters with no response. BUYER BEWARE, there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE with this company.
