Chris was super helpful and gave concise directions regarding obtaining a refund. I was however, surprised my credit card was charged mid-day on day 14 of the 14 day free trial rather than the following day. I cancelled on time, but had to jump thru a few hoops to get a refund. I'm glad it only took one call to Chris.
