We were looking to change our home warranty company and came across Choice Home Warranty. I gave them my phone number in order to get a quote. What a mistake that was! We went with another company but the calls from Choice have not stopped. They started coming from an 888 or 800 number, then they went to the area code my phone uses, now they are using the area code where I live. Just today, I received 4 calls and each time I asked to please take me off the list. I finally called the main office to get my number off of their list and was hung up on. I called back and the same thing happened, they hung up on me. What a joke! We are so happy we did not go with them as I cannot imagine how we would have been treated if they are treating us this way now. I am now keeping a log of all the numbers they are using. Beware of giving them your phone number as you will be harassed daily.

We buy a lot of our supplies online. One supplier uses Ontrac and we are now going to be paying for our supplies to be shipped via FedEx. The driver flat refused to leave our package on our porch out of sight as he was leaving them on in plain view by the garage. When we asked him to leave them on the porch out of site, he replied we have a vicious dog. The dog is inside the house with a security storm door with bars & tempered glass. He does bark and look "mean" but he is a 3 year old GSD puppy and only wants to lick you to death. After that incident, he made another delivery and my husband went out and asked him again to please leave the packages out of site and he started yelling at my husband. My husband then told him he needed to get another job as he obviously does not like his job and he told my husband "I love my job but I HATE you". OMG who says that to another person! We then contacted our supplier and told them what happened as they are the only ones that can contract this so called company. They took everything down and forwarded it to their supply "people" to be reported to OnTrac. We then had one more package being delivered by this person and my husband went out to get the package and the man proceeded to tell my husband that everyone at OnTrac agreed with him that he did not have to put our packages out of site because we have a vicious dog in the house. WHAT A JOKE! We will not buy from a company that uses OnTrac as a carrier. They are rude and downright mean. The man made me feel very uncomforable & threatened.

Do NOT buy online! I ordered a Christmas gift online and when the package arrived, which was addressed to me, it had someone else's order in it with their packing slip. I called customer service, which by the way I was told they do not have a customer service dept in the States, and they were very condescending and rude. The first one hung up on me, the 2nd one did not follow through on what she told me she was going to do and the 3rd one out right lied to me. I wanted a refund for the order, not a replacement. I finally filed a dispute with my CC company. To make a long story short, BB&B disputed my dispute but luckily I kept all email correspondence but had to go out of my way to go to my bank to get the information to them in order for them to make a decision on the dispute. I won and got my money back but it was the most horrible experience with a company that I have ever had. I will never shop in store or on line with this joke of a company.

I purchased 3 items from them 2 weeks ago. I received 2 of the items within 3 days. The 3rd item has been in Wyoming since July 18th and has not moved. I called to cancel the order and have another resent to me but it was "so sad too bad". She said the item is not considered lost as they are going by that it was in transit to another facility on the 22nd. So I live in Colorado and it is in transit from Wyoming and it takes more than 6 days to get here? My issue is that I have called twice and each time the rep was borderline rude. L I have been a Dillards customer for a long time but no more.

I tried to call as asked in her response to my review and she could not even take the call. Had someone else ask me "how can I help you". If you ask for a call back to discuss a bad review you should really take the call.

I just ordered contact lenses from Lens.com. When I placed my order, it was $163.98 with free shipping. I clicked "place order" on the premise that I was paying $163.98. Then I received my confirmation and it was $190.13. They added a $26.15 "processing" fee to the order. If you are going to add something to an order placed it should say that BEFORE you place the order. I WILL NEVER order from them again as they are doing business unethically. Who would pay a ridiculous fee of $26.15? I called and was told there is nothing they can do about it. There is something I can do about it and that is use Walgreens who is actually cheaper! I will be fighting this processing fee with my credit card company.

After my horrible experience with Lens.com, I did a search and Walgreens came up. I checked their prices and they were cheaper than any other "Lens" company online. I ordered my contacts with NO HIDDEN FEES and received them in 4 days. Will definitely be ordering my lens from Walgreens!
