For my October 3,2019 ER, I received 2 EO that were dated a year ago when I emailed YL for harvest/ production date.
Having going back and forth with YL taking 2-3 business days to reply every time, it's been a month now since I received the order.
When I ask for replacement of those 2 EO (and request them to waive the restocking fee and shipping), YL CS replied that they can do a one time waive on the 25% restocking fee (since it's more than 1 month from order and I have opened the 2 oils) but I have to ship it back to them on my own cost and they cannot do replacement but instead provide a credit to my account.
This is so frustrating because I'm in not to make money and I buy for my own use. My monthly orders a weave over $300 and this is the $#*! I get.
No doubt, some of their oils are pretty good (but expensive), they shouldn't be shipping old dated oils and I don't care what they say that their EO don't expire because if you know chemistry, majority of the oils react with the air as soon as we open the bottles.
I have no where else to write out my frustrations because YL CS don't even bother.
I encourage everyone who buys any EO, please email for harvest/ production dates.
