Recently Bell change some receivers not supporting HD anymore and they are providing us with another model rental free of charge so we wouldn't loose the signal and the tv by the same token. All good until a recent update on my receivers and one decide to quit because of it. I chatted with Bell to try and fix and return the signal to no avail. I was told that they would send me another one FREE OF CHARGE because it was their fault the same model as the one I previously received to replace the obsolete one. After weeks with no receiver being ship to me, I chatted again to be told that the receiver in question was not ship because it's not free the other twit put is foot in his mouth by telling me that. I spoke to a manager (speaking I don't like with Bell I want everything in writing either email or chat because when it comes to Bell they are ALL LIARS) and was told that he shouldn't have said that nothing is free with Bell. He propose to a free receiver and would sent a technician FREE of charge again to install it and also in writing on the techinician work order FREE INSTALLATION. To my surprise the invoice of June I am being charge for the receiver. I sent it back along with the rental because I don't anything in my house that belongs to Bell. July invoice I am charged again for the receiver and all of this is in writing and they acknowledge that they did in fact received the receivers. I chatted again and yes I was told it takes a couple of billing to be fix. In August again the invoice is wrong and by the way I did pay as usual my service but not the extra charges for the receiver and the free installation. I talked to a manager and he gave me his name and phone number in Montreal and explained what happened. The receiver was in fact credited but not the installation of which he did credit me at the time. If you don't check with Bell or keep your mouth shut, how much people are they going to scam and stiff them of money that we don't owe them? So I was credited for the installation and charge for May which I paid. Comes September invoice they are charging me late fees. I called this dude manager scammer in Montreal left messages and he never returned my calls. This is what I mean by nothing verbally with Bell all in writing. I am stuck paying late fees because they won't send it to collection for a small amount but will give me a bad credit that's how Bell work. They are rotten lying scammer and never never ever never will I have anything of their junk in my house all my receivers belongs to me. They can keep their free rental in a year they will turn around and charge me oh yes scammer I wish you would have competition like in the US Rogers and videotron are not competition they are communist scammers just like Bell. I wish they would go belly up

I ordered a blue jay bird figurine for my mom and she was happy with it actually the figurine looks good. To my surprise she received another one 1 year later because the first one is part of what they call a subscription remember Columbia House with their vinyl disk and tapes? This is the same type of outfit be warned Bradford Exchange is cut from the same cloth as Columbia House. My mom returned the second one I called them and told them that it is on it's way back and to cancel the subscription. They got the figurine back on February 02 and it's been 2 weeks since they got it back and I still haven't got my money back. Bradford Exchange you will now have to answer my credit card as to WHY it hasn't been refunded I'm getting sick and tired of this BS

People when you use scammers such as these idiots use visa vanilla with next to nothing on it or a prepaid also with $#*! all on it when comes time for renewal tada it bounces back insufficient funds now how the hell are they going to pay themselves. That's what I did and it will bounce back and they are twit enough to allow a visa vanilla credit card number to be entered

I paid the subscription for 1 year with my paypal in July 2015 to have the possibility for a shot at the book as suggested in their web site and over 2500 names or so when you pay for the full subscription. Along the way in September 2015 while creating my tree I renamed my tree. Well guess what your subscription ONLY applies to the firstly named tree. So for a full year every time I was trying to access information about somebody a page came up that said you have to pay 9.95 per month to have access to the information of that particular individual. I just recently discover that while I downloaded the book and went to Staples to print it. 105 pages and I noticed that some names (while showing on my builded tree)do not show up in the 105 pages book it says Mr. Or Mrs Unknown. I sent them an e-mail and they never answered of course they always answered my e-mails before regarding any other sort of issues but not this time because I rattle their cages and told them point blank that either it`s a bug in their software or that would be their scam to make money. So folks take it from me my sub was legit but by renaming my tree and it doesn`t say anywhere that if you rename you tree your sub is only for the first build tree bingo they just got your money and when you reach 250 names in your tree, you hand up with Mr. And Mrs Unknown in your tree only the dates shows but not the names. Now I will have to find a way to hack this thing and add the missing names in my book. This will be time consuming, it took me 1 year to build my tree but just throw in that scam at the end when I renamed my tree 1 month after my subscription and now they want me to renew and gives me discount ya right. All your e-mails are now going directly in my spam box. See Ya Oh and by the way folks who paid with paypal and don`t want to renew just go into your account and remove them from an automatic renewal first thing I did after paying them because the 1 year subscription was planned but never a renewal and with this scam they`ve got now NEVER will I renew

They are rip off scammer. I bought a LeBra for my vehicle the front cover and the hood protector. I received a box for the front cover and inside the hood protector was included but they don't you that on their web site. They (CARID) sent me an e-mail saying that the hood cover was back order yup the good old back order BS after the fact that I ordered the whole kit kaboodle and right after I received the box with "everything included" it so happened that the BO which wasn't supposed to be ship before the end of the month was magically on its way. The UPS man shows up at my door and guess what taxes and customs to pay. I refused it and sent an e-mail to CARID saying that I refused it to avoid the customs and taxes and the shipping charges to send it back. The $#*! sent me an e-mail saying that I have to pay taxes and customs on it and wait for their RMA number and resend it back on my dime. Well after paying more in shipping then the original price of the hood protector, I have to pay for customs and taxes for something that I will end up sending back plus I will have to pay for shipping again. I will end up paying that hood protector twice if not more then the original price, they think I'm stupid or what. I will probably put it on ebay or kijjijji instead of sending it back stupid $#*! her name is Julia Mon. Now she will get a piece of my mind by e-mail and ask her if she thinks that I can't calculate how much this hood protector will cost me at the end if I ship it back. Now does her procedure to send it back make since to you all. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS oh an fyi the LeBra doesn't even come from them they are only a third party reseller

Weird on this site everybody is pissed off at these scammer thieves but on their facebook page everybody is happy. We'll see how long my comment will last. They want everybody to know that they are a good honest company while they are a rip off and I notice that some people on this site where given the same kind of M O has me such as pay the taxes and customs and send it back and pay for it. If you make a quick calculation you will pay your item twice if not more. My latest peeve UPS (another rip off company) will resend my hood protector from LeBra back to these thieves and keep my money. It's like given anyone of you $66.00 for free.
