We had a horrible leak from our upstairs bathroom into our den that ruined practically everything. We put a call into SERVPRO of Sumner County dispatch and heard back within the hour. They were in our house the next day assessing the damageand when I mean assessing the damage I mean searching every corner, floor, ceiling, and wall to ensure everything was inspected. They had fans and dehumidifiers up immediately and didnt take them down until they were positive the water damage was gone. The job required a new floor in the bathroom and den, drywall, paint, carpet, ceiling fan, and a commode. The work took a while to complete, but the team continued to monitor the progress as well as follow up when the job was complete. They gave us great options and suggestions and listened to what we wanted and made sure we knew what we needed. I trusted their judgement and it paid off.
