Along with the wrong price tagged for a cloth and never feel and say sorry to customer... worst case is told us:" bukan salah kita."
Then H&M please let us know who will do the price tagging in your retail outlet? Is it customer themselves?
Very disappointing shopping experience and so sorry we will never enter your outlet in future unless your staff know what is being polite and being a good sales representative.
