Don't book your flight! I have been purchasing tickets online for years and have never encountered such bad customer service. My father's sister had died and he had to cancel his ticket. It has been over 2 months, and only after I called on his behalf and asked to speak to a supervisor that I received a response. Apparently, the cancellation status was not up to date, and they forgot to contact us, 2 days after we canceled the ticket, about the documents that we were supposed to send them. And now, after taking the blame, all they had to say is sorry, and we lost close to 1000 dollars on that purchase.
