I ordered a pair of boots on sale and they canceled my order 3 days after I placed it saying it's out of stock.
I initially ordered the boots on Italist but since I found it cheaper on GIGLIO, I returned them and paid 32€ returns fees for nothing! GIGLIO waited 3 whole days to announce me they can't sent it because it's out of stock whereas they initially responded about a coupon on my order and never told me the item was in fact not in stock! I returned my order on Italist for nothing, paid 32€ as a result, thinking there was no chance they will cancel out of the blue, days after I placed my order…

I scrolled the reviews and notice GIGLIO cancel a lot their orders, especially items on sale. A retailer who cancel that much and has inventory and stock issues is not trustworthy. As a customer, I don't want to pay for an order and the retailer cancel it regularly many days after I placed it.

It was my FIRST ORDER and my LAST. Don't bother to order on this website, they are not serious. A NIGHTMARE experience.

Worst experience ever! Their shipping rate calculator is a scam, it says a low price for budget economy & express but then when you have your packages and go to checkout they add duties, taxes and assurance so they double the price! And you don't have a choice whereas I know there is no taxes or duties at delivery with this method under $100. If I knew I would never have sent my items to their warehouse. In addition, they don't respect their engagement they say they offer 20% off first shipment but they told me budget methods are cheap so they will not add the 20% off?! I paid $41 shipping for a $70 worth package what a RIP OFF!

We do apologize for the issue you are facing. Our ship rate calculator does only provide estimates for the shipping cost. Duties and taxes are not accounted for with that calculator. We however can provide you with all information on our carriers since some of them do not charge for duties and taxes until the shipment is delivered. I usually do my shopping on Shopbop or Revolve but since Revolve doesn't offer a proper price matching anymore I tried to go on Nordstrom and well I'm not disappointed! Their customer service is great and they offer price matching which is also great. It took about 5 min to refund me the difference, really prompt service. Also, I like the range of clothing they offer (compared to Revolve which clothes are mostly overpriced and not so good quality). They also have great gifts with beauty purchases. The main downsides are that they don't offer a first order discount code and also their international shipping with borderfree is too expensive.

But other than that I would recommend this website for US customers (international customers not so much).

I don't know why there are so many positive reviews on this website?! It's simply the worst experience I ever had with an online store. I tried to order an item more than five times and all my orders were cancelled without notice... I tried two credit cards and Paypal as well, all were cancelled because they "couldn't verify my billing address". So I reached it out to their customer service and they asked me to send to them a copy of my bank statement to their credit card authorisation department... It bothered me but I did what they ask to prove them there are sufficient funds on my credit card, I sent an email and when I checked back to my account one hour later my order was cancelled! What a JOKE! Never ever going to order again from this scam website! I recommend instead to shop on Nordstrom, they have a great customer service and never had a problem with them.

DON'T order from Shopbop when you are an international customer! They recently change their "postal" shipping and now use Landmark Global with UPS (their customs charges are a rip off). I was a customer from Shopbop for years and always use postal shipping, I never ever paid import duties or taxes in my life (the shipping could take up to 1 month but I always received all my orders). I contacted their CS and to be short they are not willing to fix the problem: "Once Landmark has the package, it could be transferred to any carrier for the final delivery. Unfortunately, we do not have control over this since Landmark makes those decisions." OK, so change your carrier then... I would recommend to choose express with prepaid import & duties instead of postal (if you are willing to pay an expensive amount of customs charges) it's a better choice for an international delivery since the duties are considerably cheaper and the shipping way faster. WHY would you add a shipping option with UPS when there is already express Shopbop?! Postal was a great alternative to express for those who want to save on import duties, now postal with UPS is completely useless... Therefore, I only shop at REVOLVEclothing and FORWARD since they are the only ones who deliver internationally with the local post office.

I was a customer for years and never complained, their customer service was great, I thought it was the best website for price matching but since one year or two their CS is completely dishonest. Lately, they will find anything to not price match when the discount is too high (40% or more). For instance, I tried four times to price match a pair of Golden Goose sneakers with 4 legit websites but they declined all 4 websites for absolutely no reason. They will come up with new price match policies just to decline the price match: since when the customer have to order the same size as the one on sale?! It's not even in their price match policies... Absolutely disrespectful for customers! They even one time wanted to add to the price match the shipping costs from the concurrent website (+$30) just to discourage me to purchase it... Don't bother to price match on Revolve especially if you want to price match a pair of Golden Goose, it's nearly impossible, their managers simply don't want to price match certain items and are dishonest about it. I finally bought the sneakers on theclutcher.com they instantly agreed to price match at no extra costs, outstanding customer service and price matching was not even in their policies...
