I saw a deal on the today show and ordered a scarf from their website on 6/22/15. I never received an email confirmation just an email from PayPal acknowledging the transaction. I called after a week and I was informed that they had a back order and to give them 2 weeks for shipping. After another 2 weeks I emailed customer service and I never received a response. I called and the person on the line informed me that the scarf I ordered was out of stock. She gave me several options and I ordered a different scarf and I was informed they would cancel the other transaction for the new order and ship it same day. After 30 days of no delivery PayPal cancelled the transactions. If you need to buy be aware that their customer service department does not exist.
