I purchased 3 items and the two jackets I purchased were nothing like the photos. The material was stiff and did not look good. I couldn't even wear them and because they were NOT defective, Depway doesn't let you return. Together the cost of the items were about $80 CAD so that's a total waste of money.

The only reason why it didn't get a 1 was because the shipping was really fast.


I've ordered twice from SheIn. The first order were a bunch of crop tops and to be honest, the sizing is way smaller than expected. I'm very particular when it comes to size charts online so I was disappointed when a couple of the items fit too small. One of the items actually couldn't fit at all because the straps weren't adjustable making the armhole way too small as if to only fit a child. However, I did like a few of them so this order was actually ok.

The reason I provided a two-star rating was because my second order was completely the opposite. None of the sweaters I ordered looked like the pictures. On top of this, the prices weren't cheap. The sweaters were affordable but the quality of the clothes did not meet the pricing. I was really disappointed with this order and I most likely won't order from this site again.

About the size, we have measurements on the each product page for your reference when purchasing, hoping to make it easier for you. We know that is not good enough and still might cause trouble to our customers, but were doing everything we can to work on that. We would also check with our suppliers to keep this from happening to other customers, your help would be much appreciated.

If the items came with defection or bad quality, or is not like the pictures on the website, please send us a few pictures of the items you received, we would surely help you with the return and refund.

First off, Rosegal doesn't approve negative product reviews on their site. I've received products I loved and products that were disastrous. After posting both reviews on separate items, only the positive one was posted. Some of the items are crap. I am very particular about checking measurements and utilizing their conversion so that I don't get something that doesn't fit, but it's not guaranteed. Considering the prices, you always have to be wary about whether it's going to arrive the way you expect. With Rosegal, you have to expect less in order to not be disappointed. But I have received some items that I absolutely adore. So it's not always negative.

The free shipping options is always helpful. But I chose expedited shipping for my most recent order because I was hoping to receive it by November. It was supposed to be 3-7 days but I've heard nothing back and I placed my order a week ago.

Their customer service is always really helpful. They run on a different timezone then me but they're always prompt in terms of replying and helping me out with any issues. With that being said, the issues I've had are products not arriving. This meaning, Rosegal is VERY delayed in updating the availability of products on their site. When I don't receive a product, it's most likely because it's out of stock but I've already paid for it and Rosegal doesn't notify me until I reach out and ask why one item didn't come with the rest of my order. When this does happen, Rosegal always gives me a full refund of the item that didn't ship.
