First off, Rosegal doesn't approve negative product reviews on their site. I've received products I loved and products that were disastrous. After posting both reviews on separate items, only the positive one was posted. Some of the items are crap. I am very particular about checking measurements and utilizing their conversion so that I don't get something that doesn't fit, but it's not guaranteed. Considering the prices, you always have to be wary about whether it's going to arrive the way you expect. With Rosegal, you have to expect less in order to not be disappointed. But I have received some items that I absolutely adore. So it's not always negative.
The free shipping options is always helpful. But I chose expedited shipping for my most recent order because I was hoping to receive it by November. It was supposed to be 3-7 days but I've heard nothing back and I placed my order a week ago.
Their customer service is always really helpful. They run on a different timezone then me but they're always prompt in terms of replying and helping me out with any issues. With that being said, the issues I've had are products not arriving. This meaning, Rosegal is VERY delayed in updating the availability of products on their site. When I don't receive a product, it's most likely because it's out of stock but I've already paid for it and Rosegal doesn't notify me until I reach out and ask why one item didn't come with the rest of my order. When this does happen, Rosegal always gives me a full refund of the item that didn't ship.
