BeyondMenu sent out an invoice of a chargeback fee for an order back in March. I called the company and the representative said the customer disputed the payment and hence we have to pay for that chargeback fee. First of all, we provided the food but we did not receive any payment from BeyondMenu and now they want us to pay for something that is not in our control.
