I've had EXCELLENT customer service EVERY single time! They are awesome! I will continuously order from revolve. They also have great sales from time to time. So good idea to keep checking back.

I order regularly from this website, and I just want to say each time I had a wonderful experience, minus the customs/taxes Canada must pay by law. The prices are still great, with that said. The only issue I have ever experienced, was when I ordered a pair of jeans that came defective. They that had holes in them and were missing tags. I emailed them, they gave me a free shipping label to print out, on top of that they refunded me all my $$ including shipping. I mean, that was awesome how they would do that seeing how it was their fault, but it sucks how the deals are timed, because I won't ever encounter that same pair of jeans.
