No way to communicate to seller, lazada doesnt even care about customer service or user friendliness. Worse site ever visited. Brought 2 items only received 1, customer service is uncontactable and live chat not working. What kind of site is this, poor customer oriented site. No delivery status or shipping tracking. Charges full amount for shipping but no tracking. Received product is the worse, rusty product, damaged and no way to contact customer service. Refund still require to go thru return hassle. Recommend to close
