Haven't received itens after nearly two months! At first Got a track number that didn't work at all! First time I email them in relation to it and got an email back saying I should contact the post office with a general and wrong number attached! They sent me in a blind chase around the city going every single post office even though they use Yodel carrier! Then I emailed again, and again, asking for specifics, They said they have delivered and asked me to provide a proof of non signature for the itens! FFS The proof should be the lack of signature! Then I I contacted Yodel and they said they had returned it to the sender! I sent an email asking for a refund they completely ignored and sent an email saying they were re-sending item! And guess what? The tracking number provided doesn't work again! Extremely Poor customer service! Extremely frustrating! I feel robed! Takes several days to reply to an email and when they do it's nothing relevant to the query! Stay away!
