August 2014 received defective tablet. Sent it back, at my expense. Now April 2015 still not resolved. Numerous e-mails and promises made to resolve. None of their assurances have been acted upon. Marc 17th 2015 was promised a new one would be dispatched (18th) still no show. April 1st promised a new one sent out. No result. Utter rubbish and totally dishonest.
