My appointment at Lucy Pop Salon was for 2:00 today. When I arrived I was told she would be a few minutes late I said that was fine. 2:30 I was told it would just be 10 more minutes. At 2:40 I was told that she is blow drying the clients here and will be with me within five minutes. At 3 oclock still waiting for my haircut that was scheduled for 2 oclock, I tried to find someone to tell that I had to leave. No one was at the reception desk. I waited another 10 minutes. That makes a total of 70 minutes waiting to get my haircut. At 3:10 I left. I then try to call the salon. The phone would ring twice and then click off. Finally I was able to get through to leave a message. By this time it was 3:20, 80 minutes after my scheduled appointment. My message cut off halfway through. I finally got a text from the receptionist saying I wanted to come back tomorrow they would cut my hair. At this point I got very angry because it shouldve been compted. I told her that the first thing out of her mouth shouldve been we will compt your haircut. I then spent 90 minutes trying to get a haircut which was scheduled for 2 oclock. I was never offered anything to drink. I felt like they were very uninterested in having me as a client.
