I just received a replacement MECOOL BB2 PRO from Banggood customer service. And this one works! They proved me wrong in that I thought they really didn't care about customers. Unfortunately rectifying the issue had to come through publicizing the issue on this platform. I tried several times directly to their customer service where a youtube video if the issue has to be made. I also tried through the sales customer service people. While they sent me some documents that were supposed to help fix the issue (that didn't help at all), customer service was otherwise non- responsive. Thankfully through posting on Sitejabber, Banggood customer service did finally rectify the situation. I just wish it didn't have to take 6 months.

Banggood customer service responded by sending directions on how to 'fix' the issue with the MeCool box that doesn't work. Essentially they're saying we know the product doesn't work, and here are a complicated set of hard-to-follow directions to upload updates. They sent me a defective product, and do not stand by their products. To anyone contemplating taking a chance on this company, if you want to gamble on receiving a product that works, you have to decide if it's worth it. I hoped to save a few bucks, and ended up wasting $70. They do not stand by their products... just know that before you order!

While someone from Banggood responded to my review (posted), I responded back. First the CS site she included is worthless. No one responds from it. I tried getting a response back from her and received nothing. So I reiterate, DO NOT purchase anything from this site. I've never had such a horrible experience of completely wasting my money!

The product I received doesn't work (MECOOL BB2 PRO). I followed the CS procedures and uploaded a video and hoped they would follow through with their promise to call back in 24 hrs. It's been almost a week, and I they haven't acknowledged anything. Please do not buy anything from this company.
