Banggood customer service responded by sending directions on how to 'fix' the issue with the MeCool box that doesn't work. Essentially they're saying we know the product doesn't work, and here are a complicated set of hard-to-follow directions to upload updates. They sent me a defective product, and do not stand by their products. To anyone contemplating taking a chance on this company, if you want to gamble on receiving a product that works, you have to decide if it's worth it. I hoped to save a few bucks, and ended up wasting $70. They do not stand by their products... just know that before you order!
