Placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes, they cancelled 1 of them (why are items listed on your website if you don't have them in stock?), so I turned around and cancelled the entire order. 10 days and 4 calls, 2 emails later (neither responded to), they are still trying to charge my CC. I've now disputed it with the CC company, as DSW cannot get their s*&t together. This experience has made it so I will never shop at their stores or online with them again.
