As far as my experience goes, BARK is a TOTAL waste of money. DO not sign up. If I secure ANY clients I will happily come back and edit my review but I don't see that happening. Heck, even if I receive and ACTUAL response from a potential lead (that I've had to PAY to get nothing from) I'll edit this.
