I ordered a medium dress and received a small. I reached out to Groupon and was told I have to try to talk to the merchant first and if they do not respond then Groupon will help. The merchant never responded to 2 separate emails, 1 week apart. I followed up with Groupon about the merchant never responding. Then they told me there is nothing they can do. I would not recommend either the merchant or Groupon. I use to Groupon for years. What a disappointment they are now.
