I paid over $110 for an undergraduate powerpoint presentation, in which I uploaded all of the information that was to be inserted onto the slides. Upon receiving the assignment prior to the deadline I was excited, however, it was done correctly. The information that I provided was not utilized, there were misspelled words, as well as incorrect formatting. After sending the assignment back 4 times for revision, it was " approved" without my acknowledgement. I made several attempts to call, chat, and email regarding the issues only to be told that more time is needed to be given to the write, a 15% discount can be provided for future purchases, and/or a new writer will be located within four to ten hours! When asked for a refund I was informed that it is against their policy; however, a quality control representative can/will contact me within 48 hours.
