Shipito was bought by another company and now the place is run by receptionists with no authority to solve problems, and they've increased from 1-2 per year to 1-2 per month.
Before you could talk with Jason (customer service manager), Ryan (warehouse manager) or even John (CEO and owner). Mistakes happen but they're solved quickly with no dramas.
Now late 2016 we have 1-2 problems per month, they take weeks to solve, emails are ignored and they all redirect to the same mailbox, calls are ignored and the only people you can talk to are receptionists (Nancy, Nicole, Katrina, Mariana) with no authority to resolve anything. They just take messages and apologize. They aren't even allowed to return calls because their bosses didn't give them permission to do outbound calls (just try asking any of them to call you back if you don't believe me).
Shipito is not a real professional company anymore and I wouldn't recommend or continue to rely on them for your shipments.
