The first suit I bought from Studiosuits arrived and looked great. I wore it to a social function, and within a couple of hours the buttons from the waistcoat fell off. In addition to the embarrassment, I am frustrated that I have not heard back from Studiosuits despite filing a complaint. However, my show of loyalty and continuing to purchase products from you was met with petty charges. ($25 additional charges for waistcoat that is made entirely from the same material as the suit). I'm looking at other companies who would value their customers and recognize the value of customer service.
